We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from La Diva World. We understand there may be an occasion when you will need to return an item because it does not fit properly or for some other reason. When this happens we will try our best to make your return as easy as possible. Please follow the guidelines below:
Items returned to us within 30 days of the date you received them are eligible for a refund. Our goal is to process your refund within two to three business days of our receipt of the returned item or items. The amount of the refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
- Items returned to us after 30 days, but within 45 days of the date you received them are eligible for store credit only.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund the amount of the original shipping costs incurred when you purchased the items.
Very important: Please make certain any items returned to us are in the same condition as we shipped them to you (unworn and unwashed, original tags attached and with the original packaging included). If you are returning bikini bottoms, the hygienic liner must not be removed. Also, you may not return any type or style of panties. We are unable to accept any returned items that do not meet these requirements.
We provide two ways to return items to us:
- (1) Apply the “Prepaid Return Label” (included in the package we shipped to you) to the package you are returning. Please include the invoice that came with your order in the package and drop the package off at your local USPS post office. If you use this method of return, we will pay the shipping cost for your first return. For any returns after the first one, we will deduct a charge of $4.00 from the amount of your refund for shipping costs.
- (2) OR use an insured and trackable delivery service (such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) to return the item or items to us at: La Diva International LLC, Naples, FL 34104 USA . Payment for return shipping charges will be due from you at the time you drop off the package to the delivery service you selected.

Please note: If we should happen to send you the wrong item or one that is damaged, we will reimburse you for the expense of returning the item to us and we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge. If the item is not in stock, you may request a refund or store credit.
We provide for the exchange of items for which a different size is requested. Please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine if the size you are requesting is available. If available, we will gladly exchange the item or items. If the requested exchange is for a different color or for a different item, it will be necessary for you to place a new order. Once we receive your returned items, we will send the replacement item or items to you subject to any price adjustments necessary.
