We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from LaDiva World. We understand that there may an occasion when you will need to return an item to us because it does not fit properly or for some other reason. When this happens we will try our best to make your return as easy as possible. Please follow the easy guidelines below:
Items returned to us within 30 days of the date we shipped them to you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Our goal is to issue refunds within three business days of our receipt of the returned item.
- If you wish to exchange the item you are returning because it is the wrong size and/or does not fit properly, please indicate on the “Return Form” enclosed with your initial shipment, the item or items you wish to receive in exchange. Include the completed “Return Form” in the package you send back to us. Exchanges will be shipped to you, at our expense, by standard shipping within three business days of receipt of your returned item.
- Items returned to us after 30 days, but within 45 days of the date we shipped them to you, are eligible only for a store credit.
- “On Sale” items purchased are final sales and not eligible for refunds, returns or store credits.
Very important: Please make certain the item returned to us is in the same condition as we shipped it to you (unworn, unwashed, original tags attached and with the original packaging included). We reserve the right not to accept any returned item that does not meet these requirements.
We provide two ways to return items to us:
- (1) Apply the “Prepaid Return Label” (included in the package we shipped to you) to the package you are returning to us. Then drop the package off at your local US Post Office. If you use this method, a charge of $4.95 will be made to your account against the amount we credit to you for your returned item or items.
- (2) Use an insured and trackable delivery service (such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) to return the item or items to us at: La Diva International LLC, 4100 Corporate Square, Suite 173, Naples, FL 3410 4. Payment for return shipping charges will be due from you at the time you drop off the package to the delivery service you select.

Please note: In the rare instance of sending you the wrong item or one that is damaged, we will reimburse you for the expense of returning the item to us and we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
