La Diva World ships to all states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Watch for future updates regarding shipping to Canada and other countries. Shipping to APO addresses is by USPS only and express deliveries are not available.
Your order will be shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carriers. This flexibility allows us to select the carrier which can provide the fastest delivery of your order. We make every effort to process your order for shipment within 24 hours of receipt of your paid order. All estimates of delivery times, shown in the chart below, start on the first day after your order is shipped and are “business days” (Monday through Friday) and exclude any US Government holidays.
Shipping Times are best estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Your tracking number and name of Carrier will be provided as soon as possible after shipment.

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from La Diva World. We understand there may be an occasion when you will need to return an item because it does not fit properly or for some other reason. When this happens we will try our best to make your return as easy as possible. Please follow the guidelines below:
We provide two ways to return items to us:
Please note: If we should happen to send you the wrong item or one that is damaged, we will reimburse you for the expense of returning the item to us and we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge. If the item is not in stock, you may request a refund or store credit.
We provide for the exchange of items for which a different size is requested. Please contact us first at email@example.com to determine if the size you are requesting is available. If available, we will gladly exchange the item or items. If the requested exchange is for a different color or for a different item, it will be necessary for you to place a new order. Once we receive your returned items, we will send the replacement item or items to you subject to any price adjustments necessary.
